The report should include the following information:

• Biography of the composer- to include birthdate, birthplace, family, places they lived, instruments they played, major events in their life- 30 points

• How the composer became famous- 20 points

• One work the composer did and 5 facts about it- 30 points

• Another work the composer did and 5 facts about it- 30 points

• 5 fun facts about the composer- 30 points

Report Guidelines: 2 pages Double Spaced

• Font must be 12 pt. Times New Roman

• Name should be in top right corner

• The cover sheet (title page) must include 2 pictures, and are not considered as part of the report length. 20 Points

• Grammar, punctuation, etc. 20 Points

• A bibliography citing a minimum of 4 sources must be included. 20 Points

• The report is due on the due date; no late reports will be accepted.
