The music department at TMS does a spring fundraiser through Otis Spunkmeyer. We sell cookies and flags and receive part of the profits for our programs.

You get a fundraiser t-shirt if you sell 3 or more items (The design and color differs each year)

The top 3 sellers for each group (band, chorus, orchestra) will receive a $20.00 gift card to Spotsylvania Towne Cente

The top seller in each class (A1, A4, B5, B6, B7, B8) gets to go to an exclusive pizza party during lunch AND bring a friend.

Make sure your name is on EVERY order form.  

Orders will arrive during the first week of April.  As soon as we know, you will know :)

You are NOT allowed to go door-to-door to make sales.

Be sure to tell your friends and family that are out of town they can order from you online!

If every student sells 3 or more items, we could make enough money to:

• Buy 20 new pieces of music, AND/OR

• Buy 3 new instruments, AND/OR

• Buy 4 new pieces of percussion equipment, AND/OR

• Completely/patrially pay for all-county and/or all-district fees next year

​Payments

• ​Who do I make the check out to?

  • TMS.

• Can I turn in my order form and then turn in the money later?

  • No- all money must be turned in together and with the order form.

• How do I turn in the money?

  • Put it in the fundraising envelope along with the order form.

• Can I take the money for the orders and just write one large check for payment?

  • Yes. 

Delivery

• ​When is the product delivered?

  • Usually within a month- a month and a half from the due date.

• How will my child get his/her product home?

  • If the student ordered 4 or less tubs of cookies (flags don't count), then they will carry it on the bus home with them. If your child has 5 or more tubs of cookies, pickup will happen on the day of the delivery from after school until 6:00pm.

• Do you deliver it to the people who ordered, or do we?

  • You are responsible for handing your orders out once they arrive.

• What happens if I do not pick up my delivery after school?

  • We will keep it in the freezer at TMS for up to a week. You will need to come by and pick it up. Please email Mr. Patterson to set up a time.

Miscallaneous

• ​Is this required?

  • No, it is not. 

• Will we need to refigerate or freeze the product?

  • If you are not delivering the product to customers the day/night it arrives for pickup, then yes, you will need to refrigerate your product until you can deliver it.
